We provide a Purchase Verification Invoice (PVI), a one-page form disclosing the dollar amount of the credit line with all credit approvals. On the day the treatment plan is started, simply complete the PVI and fax it to a toll-free number for non-recourse payment. We will process payment to your practice within about 24 hours via ACH (direct deposit).
